Shipping and Receiving

  • Planning the shipment and receipt of goods
  • Organizing shipping and receiving processes. 
  • Monitoring the actual shipment and receipt of goods.
  • Documenting shipping and receiving processes.

Inventory

  • Planning and coordinating inventory activities
  • Preparing documentation for inventory processes.
  • Recording data on the condition and quantity of goods.
  • Verifying data and analyzing inventory results.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Collecting and processing data related to shipping, receiving, and inventory
  • Analyzing data for compliance with records and identifying discrepancies.
  • Providing information to the manager for decision-making and addressing any discrepancies.
